Registration for the 2012-2013 School Year
NOTE: For new families who wish to register for SCHC, your oldest child must be 1st grade or older (6 years old by September 15th).
The following forms are required for registering with Seattle Christian Homeschool Co-op:

Seattle Christian Homeschool Co-op Registration Process:
1. All co-op members and new members will need to register online with First Class Homeschool Ministries (FCHM) before registering for classes in person, at City Calvary Chapel (CCC) on Saturday April 14, 2012. You must bring your FCHM receipt with you in order to register for classes. Visit: www.firstclasshomeschool.org, then click on “join FCHM”, follow prompts to register.
2. Browse the Class Schedule and Class Descriptions and choose the classes you want to enroll your child(ren) in. Make sure that each child is the correct age for the class and that any prerequisites have been met.
NOTE: For new families who wish to register for SCHC, your oldest child must be 1st grade or older.
3. Download and print the forms on this page: Registration Contract and Registration Checklist.
4. All co-op members, complete and sign the Registration Contract which includes the Statement of Faith, Code of Conduct, and Background Check forms for yourself and any adult who you anticipate to be on the co-op premises at any time during the co-op year.
5. Carefully fill out the Registration Checklist with all needed information, to make the process on Registration Day run smoothly. NOTE: You will also be able to sign up for private piano and/or voice lessons at Registration. Time slots are first-come, first-served. Please bring the first month’s tuition to secure your slot.
6. Register in person, at City Calvary Chapel, on Saturday, April 14th. Returning co-op members may register by proxy under certain circumstances. New families must register in person on Registration Day, between 1:00 and 1:30, or set up an appointment to register at a later date. Please see the Registration Contract for late registration instructions. Registering late is not recommended as classes fill up quickly. 8. Scholarships: A limited number of scholarships are available to assist families in financial need by paying for specific co-op needs. Please see the Scholarship Application Form for more information.
