Class Add/Drop Procedures and Schedule
Below is the add/drop schedule and fees for the peak season of registration and fall orientation. This schedule has been created in order to respect the teachers’ class preparation, including purchasing correct quantities of supplies, to maintain the most current class roster for families on wait list, and lastly for administrative purposes, to avoid any miscommunication when processing your family reports. Knowing who is at co-op and where they are on the premises is very important for many reasons, including regular class attendance and emergency/disaster head counts. Please take these things into consideration and complete the Class Change Form for dropped or added classes.
Registration inquires are welcomed via phone or email but all “real” changes will be made during Friday school during the specific blocks mentioned below, with the exception of May 14th-27th.
Class Change Day: April 29th 2011 Fellowship Hall (excluding Block B)
Shelly Lischke (Registrar) will process class changes (adds/drops) for currently registered families. Melissa Aydelott will be available to register new families who missed registration day on April 16th. New families who wish to register will need to contact Melissa to make an appointment during Friday school for enrollment. Any family who has decided to make changes will be able to do so on this day free of charge. You will need to complete a Class Change Form and have new class supply/tuition fees ready to submit (check or exact cash).
May 6th and May 13th, 2011 Fellowship Hall – Blocks A, C, and E
Shelly Lischke (Registrar) will be available for anyone who has additional changes. Additional changes will cost $5 per change. The proceeds collected from changes will go into the co-op enrichment fund and will be non-refundable once said changes have been made. You must submit the Class Change Form along with any new supply/tuition fees and $5 change fee.
May 14th – 27th, 2011 Class changes via Phone
New families may register or currently enrolled families can make changes by calling Shelly Lischke (Registrar). Remember Additional changes will cost $5 per change. Shelly can process your changes over the phone and complete the Class Change Form for you; if dropping a class Shelly can destroy your previous payment or mail it to you. You will be responsible for mailing her any new supply/tuition fees. You must have your letter postmarked within 2 days of your phone conversation with Shelly, otherwise the changes will not be made, you will not have the new class spot and if drop/adding you will lose the previous class spot.

New Registrations and Enrolled Family Changes 12th -30th
Registration inquiries begin on September 2nd. You can contact Shelly Lischke or Melissa Aydelott. New families may register during Mandatory Orientation, September 12th 5:30-7pm with Melissa Aydelott. Currently enrolled families can make changes during this same time with Shelly Lischke. Additional changes will cost $5 per change. You will need to complete a Change Order Form and (available on SCHC website or in the Fellowship Hall) and have any new class supply/tuition fees ready to submit (check or exact cash). Registration closes on September 30th for the 2011-2012 school year. If you have a situation arise after September 30th where you need to drop a class for your child(ren) please contact Shelly Lischke.

Class supply fees are non-refundable after May 27, 2011.
